Gavin Coyle is the Head of Growth at Enok Collective, a custom software development consultancy, aimed at making software and teams better.

Since joining Enok in 2018, he has worked with executives and digital product teams of various company stages and industries to establish product vision, craft digital product strategy, get stakeholder buy-in on evolving release plans, deliver value in incremental steps, and collect user feedback for needed adjustments.

In 2022, Gavin began leading Enok’s Mentorship Development platform to complement tech companies and ecosystems in their aim to develop and keep local tech talent at scale, by equipping mentors with the needed skills to pass on their knowledge and skills.

In 2024, now as the Head of Growth, Gavin aims to build a “Mentorship in Tech” community across the Southeast to foster collective support among leaders in tech as they aim to attract, grow, and retain great talent.
