With the aim of bridging the gap between academia and industry, and in strengthening problem solving capacities in individuals and organizations through Design Thinking methodology, Ghanashyam founded Edler Hub. He is also India program manager for University Innovation Fellows, a program by Stanford's d.school.

Ghanashyam has over 12 years of experience spanning a variety of areas, including: technology evangelism, tech audience marketing, project management, and in-the-trenches design and development.

He is one of the first few people to be certified as Design SprintMaster by Google Sprintmaster Academy. He has lead more than 20 design sprints in India & MENA region working with 70+ startups & companies. He has introduced Design Thinking concepts to 1000+ professionals, faculty & students in various events & conferences, including Google Developer Days India 2017, Advanced Android Skilling Workshops by Google.

A former Microsoft Ambassador and a current Google Expert (Product Design) & Intel Software Innovator, Ghanashyam is always in the lookout for opportunities to come up with innovative solutions to address our day-to-day problems, as well as mentoring the next generation of innovators.
