A technology executive with 20+ years turning technology strategy into measurable business outcomes — today leading the web & digital platforms at Italiaonline, Italy's largest internet company.

My remit spans the enterprise-technology agenda beyond engineering: I lead multidisciplinary teams and own the delivery agenda end-to-end, from planning and quality to budgets and vendor partnerships, keeping the technical roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and measurable outcomes.

I make AI work at enterprise scale — and make it understandable to everyone. I own the company-wide AI strategy, including the AI governance framework adopted across the organization, and I sit on the AI steering committee. I modernize platforms on cloud infrastructure and design for security and compliance from the ground up, with ethics and customer value built in.

A few highlights from my career:
• Across senior roles, led cross-functional teams of up to 100+ and owned budgets up to €25M+.
• Shipped a productized, voice-enabled agentic AI assistant to market (AWS, OpenAI LLMs, ElevenLabs voice, RAG, CRM) — autonomously handling lead generation, scheduling and customer support; now at around 100 sales a month, generating hundreds of thousands of euros in monthly revenue.
• Scaled Gucci's global e-commerce platform past €1M in daily online revenue (double-digit growth, 99.9% uptime) and led its full CI/CD implementation.
• Industrialized 80% of delivery processes and cut production time 10—30% by embedding AI across the pipeline for 100K+ SME clients.

I work across finance, fashion & luxury, automotive, pharma, manufacturing, telco, retail, media and food & beverage.

I also believe technology only matters when people understand it. That's why I wrote a book on AI for non-experts, write for Codemotion (Italy's largest developer community), and mentor early-stage founders.
