Passion for bike and motorbike is driving me during my daily activities in developing new products and digital services.
Currently R&D Helmets Manager in Dainese, I deal with the development of new products by managing all phases from design to production start-up, organizing all research and development activities, building a solid expertise in managing strategic projects with international teams, in particular from China and Vietnam. Field tests, presentations to the sales force and marketing support, have allowed me to achieve a complete overview of the entire product life cycle.
Furthermore, since 2020 I am the operation manager and founder of Bikeen.eu, a marketplace platfom to buy and sell second hand bicycles.
