Giselle Battley is a renowned leader in global talent acquisition and leadership learning and development. She has a proven track record of transforming early talent recruitment, DEI, and leadership development strategies for some of the world's largest brands and organizations. Currently, she is the Global Head of Emerging Careers and Learning at Yahoo, where she develops sustainable early-talent strategies and strengthens Yahoo's reputation as a top employer for Gen Z, transitioning, and internal professionals.

Giselle is an active board member for multiple organizations and a five-time recipient of Talent Acquisition and DEI Awards. Before joining Yahoo, Battley was a senior director and global head of early career talent at JLL. Before that, she was the lead of the national DE&I recruiting-evolving workforce strategy and innovation team at Deloitte. Earlier in her career, she worked as a sales and marketing leader for MillerCoors.

Battley graduated from LSU Shreveport with an MBA in Project Management and from Xavier University of Louisiana with an undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing.
