Greg Karch is the founder and managing shareholder of DLT Law Group, P.A. in Tampa, Florida. He is a business transactions attorney practicing corporate law, business entity formation, governance, and restructuring along with mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation. Greg represents clients with legal issues surrounding digital currency, emerging blockchain applications, and smart contracts. Prior to law school, Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University in 1993 and earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Troy University in 1994 while serving in the United States Navy. Greg published several scholarly articles related to business transactions, touching on digital currency, blockchain, smart contracts, due diligence, risk management and cost controls. Greg is a member of the Florida Bar. Originally from Colorado, Greg has lived the Tampa area since 1999.
