I have a history of creating a work culture where high-capacity leaders are retained, their talents and skills developed, and they are empowered to achieve their goals. During my time at my MSP, we ranked in TheChannelCo's MSP 500, Channel E2E's MSP Top 100, and Channel Futures' MSP 501 and even won Channel Futures' 2021 MSP of the year. Those are the guys that I went to battle with every day, the ones that I helped train up. Today, I focus my efforts on the other side of the fence.
