Drive Sitecore ROI - A Practical and Tactical Crash Course in Personalisation

Personalisation is as hot a topic as it has ever been. Many businesses are standing on the precipice, wondering how to fly. Like any transformative new approach, the key thing is to start!

But how, where and what is this nebulous thing called personalisation – how do we even scope it? What is the impact on content generation? Will my site become unmanageable? What does my personalization team look like? What do I need to sell into my executive? How do we start?

All these barrier forming questions…

Ok, firstly, personalization isn’t hard, so let’s dial down the trauma! Breathe.

What you really need is a grab-bag of logical, easy to implement tactical steps to get going.

This session will lift the lid on exactly what you should do to take these first steps with confidence and an expectation of positive marketing and business outcomes – without an epic budget and without having to boil the ocean.

You already know the “why” of personalization – let’s get down to the “how” without platitudes about “journeys” and “small steps”.

Take a giant leap with some easy, common-sense approaches to unlocking the value of Sitecore.

This session is aimed at those customers who have Sitecore, and don't know how to take the steps to Phase Two - Optimisation. It requires 45 minutes and is aimed directly at a marketing audience.
