Greg Warnock is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with over forty years of experience in launching, scaling, and guiding companies across diverse industries. He is the co-founder and managing director of a growth capital firm that works closely with expansion-stage businesses to support their growth through strong governance, operational leadership, and strategic market access. By collaborating directly with founders, he helps enhance go-to-market strategies, build leadership capacity, and accelerate market entry. The firm has invested in sectors such as technology, healthcare, and consumer services, achieving more than $5 billion in exits by 2020. He has played a central role in shaping these outcomes through a hands-on and disciplined approach.

He also co-founded a platform focused on the food and beverage industry, offering operational support and growth capital to early-stage restaurant concepts. With his direction, the platform has enabled several brands to grow by improving unit economics, expanding multi-location operations, optimizing supply chains, and preserving culture during rapid scaling. This effort has helped build some of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in the country.

Earlier in his investment career, he co-founded a venture capital firm dedicated to early-stage opportunities in information technology and life sciences. As managing director, he helped establish the firm as a key player in its region before it merged with another to continue its investment legacy.

He also served as Chairman and CEO of a publicly traded SPAC, which he led to a successful public listing in 2023. Under his leadership, the company completed a business combination with a SaaS-focused acquirer based in Brazil, expanding his investment footprint internationally.

Before moving into venture and growth capital, he founded and operated companies in technology, consumer products, biotechnology, and marketing. He also led more than 20 mergers and acquisitions, gaining significant experience in complex transactions and strategic development.

In 2008, he launched an entrepreneurship education initiative and co-founded a philanthropic foundation in Utah. Holding degrees in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, and a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Venture Finance, Greg Warnock continues to support business growth, founder mentorship, and community impact.
