Born in Madrid around 30 years ago, Guillermo studied Electronics Automation and Engineering to notice after a couple of years at work that what really drives him is working with people. Started as a Software Developer, discovered the Agile world and quickly became a fan of it, transitioning to a Scrum Master role and learning a lot around Agile Working and collaboration. Currently, Guillermo is a Team Lead for a group of really awesome Software Engineers at PAYBACK GmbH. He tries everyday to help everyone reach their maximum potential.
