Haikal is a Computer Scientist and the Founder and CEO/CTO of TypeDB. His work began in robotics with NASA JPL and the University of Cambridge, UK. He then found himself building optimization algorithms the core R&D team of Quintiq in the Netherlands. Today, Haikal and his team in London works on building TypeDB: a new programming paradigm for modern databases.
