Hallie Goertz is the Director of Communications and Advocacy for the Programs and Innovation Division at PATH. Her work focuses on strengthening internal and external engagement through communications and advocacy activities. She has almost twenty years of experience providing strategic and programmatic leadership to domestic and international public-sector programs. Prior to joining PATH, she worked as a regional capacity-building manager for TechnoServe in East Africa and India and a senior production manager for Intrepid Learning Solutions. Ms. Goertz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Washington University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington. She joined PATH in 2014.
