Hank Tsai is the co-founder of CrazyLing AI Agency, a Brisbane-based firm that designs and deploys AI systems for more than 70 enterprise clients across Australia, Taiwan, Thailand and the United States. In three years, he and co-founder Andrew Beaumont have built a distributed engineering team across the Philippines, Malaysia and Taiwan, delivering AI solutions in healthcare, construction, finance, manufacturing, legal and beyond. CrazyLing is a member of Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network.

Hank is also the creator of Ainthology (Ai 集), the #2 Chinese-language YouTube channel on practical AI applications, with 75,000 subscribers and 2.5 million views. He launched the channel in 2023 and monetised it within six months. He now runs a paid academy that helps aspiring founders start businesses with AI.

Hank isn’t a computer science graduate, and that shapes how he teaches. A National Sun Yat-sen University alumnus and New Zealand citizen, Hank works between Australia, Taiwan and New Zealand. His work is translating fast-moving AI capability into tools that ordinary teams can actually use.
