At Republic Finance, Hanu leads enterprise-wide architecture initiatives spanning Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure cloud solutions, and digital portals. His work includes driving microservices-based architectures, front-end modernization, API governance, and DevOps transformation.

Previously, he served as a Solution Architect at Sammons Financial Group, focusing on API-led architectures, MuleSoft integration, and Kafka-driven real-time solutions. At Allstate Insurance, he managed engineering teams and delivered large-scale integration projects across Salesforce, SAP, and Guidewire. He began his career with Tata Consultancy Services, gaining foundational experience in service-oriented architectures.

Hanu holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from JNTU University, India, and multiple certifications, including Salesforce Architect, MuleSoft Architect, and AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
