Harsh Gupta is a Senior Data Scientist at PayPal with more than 10 years of experience in analytics, experimentation, causal inference, A/B testing, and growth measurement across financial services, technology, and consulting.

He is the co-author of the forthcoming Packt book The Agent-Augmented Data Scientist, which focuses on making analytical work with coding agents reliable, reproducible, and trustworthy enough to support real decisions. His work examines how teams can combine the speed of AI agents with explicit business context, verification systems, and human judgment.

Harsh has won multiple AI and data science hackathons and has judged applied AI and data science competitions at Stanford University and California State University, East Bay.
