Hatim is currently working at Microsoft Middle East & Africa HQ as a GTM Manager for Azure Developer Audiences, responsible for growing the Developer Community across Middle East. Hatim has been working in the community for the past Decade and has been awarded as a Microsoft MVP in AI before joining Microsoft. In his time during the community, he has been a part of user groups across Middle east as well as India.

In his past roles Hatim has been leading engineering teams across UAE. He worked as a Solution Architect Consultant for varies entities in UAE and successfully delivered high performing applications across UAE. Hatim Started his journey as a Windows phone Developer and a Microsoft Student partner where he got his love for Developers and Development technologies. Hatim has also built a demo at GITEX which included object detection and recognition in a workplace scenario which was highlighted and Presented to His Highness, ruler of Dubai.

In His free time hatim loves to play Xbox and travel to new places. He loves driving across the country and explore varities of food. He loves supporting local communities & NGOs in UAE to help them manage their technical resources as well as help them develop small utilities to help them in day to day operations.
