I have worked as a digital and technical consultant in the transport & travel industry for the last 16 years. During that time I have:
- Been involved in numerous projects that have created online accounts and self-service functionality that keep customer data hidden away in propriety formats.
- Seen vendors deliberately build systems using propriety standards to lock-in their transport customers
- Seen the disruptive effect that API’s, Open Standards and especially the Open Banking legislation has had in that sector
So I decided that something was needed and if it didn’t exist… I was going to create it.
