Dr. Luing is triple board certified in General and Forensic Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. She attended Florida Atlantic University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and then attended medical school at University of Florida. There she discovered her passion for mental and behavioral health. She remained in Gainesville for residency and spent her extra electives learning about the use of neuromodulation techniques like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Dr. Luing has worked in many areas of mental health and now specializes in Integrative and Holistic Psychiatry with an emphasis on Neurostimulation, Nutritional Psychiatry and emerging treatments such as psychedelics. She enjoys teaching and sharing knowledge and also participates in clinical research.
