I am a Learning Solutions Consultant helping companies create training materials for the applications they use. I have worked with teams to create training for custom applications as well as commercial off the shelf applications. For a significant part of that time, it was my job to travel all over the world to teach and provide on-the-job training. In 2020 I started working for an organization that needed help documenting how to use Microsoft 365 applications. Although I knew how to use many of the applications, others like Power Platform were new to me. I would call myself a classic example of a citizen developer. The organization has some business challenges, and I found a way to present solutions using the Microsoft 365 universe of products.
