Heike Röttgers has more than 25 years of professional experience in international IT and e-commerce companies such as Yahoo!, TripAdvisor and idealo, and has been working in agile contexts for over 15 years.
Throughout her career, she has established modern working methods and agile principles in companies in various management and consulting roles.

Since 2017, she has been working as a systemic organisational consultant, agile coach, mediator and trainer. Her focus is on organisational development, modern leadership and working with self-organised teams.
Heike lives in Berlin and sometimes also in Crete. She loves sports and hiking and enjoys whizzing through Berlin on her red Brompton folding bike.
