Helen Lalthanpari is the Founder & CEO of the Data & AI Governance Institute (DAIGI), a UK-registered professional institute bringing together lawyers, technologists, executives, consultants and founders to govern AI as one cross-disciplinary, cross-border community. She is also a Partner at Morgan & Colney, a Paris-based AI and cross-border strategy advisory.
Helen brings 18 years of experience spanning C-suite legal roles across multinationals, venture capital (including Plug and Play Tech Center), and consulting, with an EDHEC finance MBA and AIGP/CIPP/E certifications. Her independent research examines why AI governance structurally fails in financial services credit systems under the EU AI Act.
