Helen Todd started Impact People Consulting in 2023, with a focus on creating inclusive workplaces.
Her career in HR has given her the opportunity to excel in a variety of industries, from BPO to Global Finance through to Tech, and in every role she has taken a people-centric approach.
Helen has learnt to navigate life with the many curveballs it has sent her way, from being an unpaid carer to her husband and son, being a solo parent, embracing her Dyscalculia, through to seeing the positive of Perimenopause in her 30s.
When not immersed in the absolute joy that work brings her, Helen can be found out walking along the East Coast, hitting the gym, nose-deep in a novel, finding zen through yoga, or teaching her teenage son life skills!
