In addition, she specializes in DLT Governance of Project Ion, intending to strengthen production stability and resiliency for the financial services industry. Project ION is one of Forbes Top 10 Magnificent Blockchain Projects. Hena has years of experience of deploying significant board deliverables for industries like Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, and Retail Industry.

As an eminent Keynote Speaker, she has a unique way of simplifying complex topics like Blockchain technologies,which is reflected in her talks and books. Her passion is towards alleviating depression and working towards a wonderful world for all, especially younger generation of upcoming leaders. As a published Author of the book, Verse the Party, she is creating an avenue for lifting the barriers of entry to Web3 . It is an unorthodox take on combining Blockchain education with a focus on the fun of Digital Fashion, NFTs , Gaming and potential of Metaverse and Augmented Reality.
Hena is also a member of Metaverse Fashion Council. Being an artist herself, she is ideating her first digital fashion collection with sustainable materials called “Bhoomi” which means Mother Earth or Foundation. Her vision is to create a microeconomy based on rural artists and digital artists where the collection can be phygital( both Physical and Digital). Her second collection “Archa” which is envisioned to be a digital fashion collection based on the female fighters who are an embodiment of courage, Strong body and beautiful brilliance.

She is passionate about women's leadership, she mentors the next generation of technology talent, supporting STEM and early-career programs including Destination Imagination, Girls Who Code, and Inner Engineering Institute. Hena holds an MBA in Marketing. She is a R3 Certified Blockchain Professional and has completed Fintech Disruption Technology Studies from MIT with multiple Fire Hydrant Nominations. She is an avid golfer and member of the Dallas chapter of LPGA Amateurs Association.
