I am a Staff Engineer at Block.

I work on open source tools such as RpcExplorer and Perf, and gives talks about various engineering topics such as local development, command line Rpcs, and software design.
I also benchmark databases, improves load testing tools and advocates for more load testing.
Additionally, I maintain internal Envoy filters for gRPC translation and contribute to open source Envoy.

Prior to joining Block, I worked on distributed systems and operating systems at Stanford.
