Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1976, I have practiced in various fields of law, such as civil trial and family law. I was President of the Lee County Personal Injury Association, and the Southwest Florida Trial Lawyers Association. In recent years, I have focused on Mediation and Arbitration, including “hybrid” Mediation/Arbitrations. I have led, since September 2020, a group of Arbitrators who meet twice a month, by Zoom, to discuss best practices and techniques.
