Holly Proctor (she/hers) is an accomplished higher education professional with over 15 years of experience in housing and residence life. Currently serving as the Associate Director for Residence Life at Tulane University, Holly oversees a comprehensive program for 4,200 students, supervises a team of professional staff, and drives departmental initiatives in training, recruitment, curriculum, and academic initiatives.

Before joining Tulane, Holly held leadership roles at Louisiana State University, Florida State University, and Valdosta State University. She is passionate about ethical recruitment practices, advocating for access and inclusion throughout hiring processes.

Holly is an active leader within professional organizations, including serving as the President of the Louisiana Association of Housing Officers (LAHO). She has delivered numerous conference presentations on topics such as innovation in recruitment and adapting to change in higher education.

She earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
