Howard Bennett Esbin, PhD, has 25+ years senior management, cross-sector, international experience. He returned to university and completed a doctorate in education in his 40s. As founder of Heliotrope Imaginal. his work has explored human development, self-awareness, imagination, and creativity for over two decades .

His writing has been published by Education Canada, UNESCO. the ILO (International Labour Organization) regarding the future of learning, human capability, and workforce development in an era of rapid technological change..

Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and educational practice, his current work examines how imagination contributes to self-awareness, agency, judgment, empathy, future thinking, and Human-AI collaboration across the lifespan.

More specifically, Dr. Esbin has innovated a suite of innovative human development resources employed in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa within both education and business settings.
