Exploring the Digital Transformation of Healthcare
The overcrowded global healthcare system these day and the challenges that arise during the coronavirus pandemic raise a question of what the future holds for healthcare. Healthcare providers have had to come up with ways to deal with the pandemic and accelerating the digitization process. Today, digital health technologies is one of the fastest growing sectors in healthcare and it is clear that the implementation and development of telehealth has many advantages and bring great value to both medical practitioners and patients. So through this conference, I will outline how my team and I using digital to help with marketing, bookings, billings, delivery (2 way video, at home or clinic) and post consultation follow up processes that is proven to help automate much of the everyday work to empower practitioners in the delivery of valuable service to customers.
