20+ years of experience in working with data. Started as a classic BI consultant which evolved to data engineering (with the introduction of different cloud-based technologies and DevOps) on to a data solution architect and team competence lead.

As data solution architect I am technologically responsible for the success of multiple data platforms (Synapse, Databricks and Fabric).

As a team competence lead I am responsible for helping my team to focus on the right technology skills. My main goals are; envisioning and coaching.
