Igor Graf is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, international keynote speaker and business mentor. He is the founder of Freeman's Alliance, a private international community of entrepreneurs, and the author of P.E.R.L., an eight-level personal development methodology for entrepreneurs. Over 20 years in business he has spent more than 13,600 hours on stage and spoken in over 70 countries, including appearances at Mindvalley, UBM and Piterinfobiz conferences. International education work. After GrafSpace closed, Graf focused on education. In January 2019 he earned his first $89,000 from scratch in a new market, and by 2020 had developed the SFERA educational project. According to his team, his teaching methodology achieves a 91–95% student completion-to-result rate against an industry average of about 5%; his clients' combined documented earnings exceed $218 million, with over 30,000 testimonials collected.

Freeman's Alliance. In 2018 Graf founded Freeman's Club (later Freeman's Alliance), a private international community of entrepreneurs from more than 60 countries, running worldwide meetups, masterminds and joint ventures on its own gamified digital platform.

P.E.R.L. methodology. Graf is the author of P.E.R.L. ("Pyramid of Personality Development Stages") — an eight-level model of entrepreneur development, from "Pawn" to "Leader of Nations". Its core thesis: personal growth tools (goal-setting, self-discipline, time management, financial practices) only work at specific development levels and are counterproductive when applied at the wrong one.

Speaking. Graf has spoken at Mindvalley (where he set the NPS record above 90 three times), UBM conferences in Lviv and Kyiv, and the Piterinfobiz international conference (2015, 2016). He has been voted best conference speaker seven times by audience vote. His work has been publicly endorsed by Mindvalley founder Vishen Lakhiani, speaker Brian Tracy and author Joe Vitale. In 2018 he spoke to 1,000 children from Ukrainian orphanages at the WOW Kids Forum.

Since 2020 Graf has been on an ongoing round-the-world journey, living in a new country every month while continuing to speak and run his businesses; he has personally visited more than 70 countries.
