After a master degree in Physics I fell in love with the IT world and worked for years as a developer both in agile and non-agile environments.
I soon fell in love with the 'Agile world' and the idea of fully dedicating myself to 'serving the team' resonated with me in the moment in which I was trying to do it as Team Leader.
The plenty of ways in which Agile can help me and the people around me being more effective and live better, keeps engaging me with new findings and new paths to explore.
I'm working as a Scrum Master for a bunch of years now and I'm currently supporting the journey of the Digital Department at Gucci.
