Imogen has been a dynamic presence in the Business Central sector since the age of 21. Her career began with a focus on aiding organisations in discovering exceptional talent and assisting professionals to realise their potential within companies that offer stable and empowering environments for their development. Her attendance at various conferences led to a profound understanding of the Microsoft community’s influence. Since 2021, she has been dedicated to helping the community recognise the importance of attracting new talent, both from outside the ecosystem and by developing new professionals. Her foremost objective is to ensure that every company achieves its highest potential within the community. With her move to the 365 Talent Portal, Imogen has taken on the role of Alliance Manager, where she engages with global partners to enhance their D365 and Co-pilot adoption strategies, and helping companies accelerate with the 365 Talent Portal Practice Accelerator Programme.
