Indwin Edwin Joel is a People Architect, Human Governance Strategist, and Future of Work Thought Leader focused on designing organisations where people, technology, governance, and purpose work together.

With multidisciplinary experience across technology, healthcare, industrial environments, academia, consulting, and social enterprises, Indwin works at the intersection of AI, people, organisational transformation, responsible innovation, and governance. His work explores how organisations can become AI-ready while ensuring that technology remains human-centred, accountable, ethical, and aligned with business purpose.

As a Certified Lead Auditor across ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and ISO 22301, he brings a governance and risk perspective to the evolving relationship between people and technology.

His current areas of focus include AI-ready workplaces, Human–AI collaboration, responsible AI governance, digital workforce transformation, organisational design, employee experience, workforce capability, and future-of-work strategy.
