A healthy multi-factor identity
I've seen alot of bad implementations of a multi-factor identity environment. Most probably you have also seen them. I've been a victim of a few faulty implmenetations and I've also been debugging some for a few clients. I'm also proud to have worked at some of the best implemenations out there.
There is alot of bad usage scenarios, bad implementations, and bad understanding of the concept. As a result, we see more and more data breaches and data leaks that are rooted to bad identity management with bad multi-factor aproaches.
