Irda is a ambitious AI Platform Product Manager at J.P. Morgan Chase’s Machine Learning Center of Excellence, where she drives innovation in reusable ML components, LLM chargeback systems, and conversational AI solutions. With a unique blend of economics and human resources experience, Irda transitioned into technology through self-learning and hands-on project work, embodying the spirit of continuous growth.

Her passion for making work both enjoyable and impactful fuels her commitment to excellence and adaptability in the fast-evolving tech landscape. Beyond her core role, Irda is taking over new challenges such as vibe coding, web developing, and entrepreneurship—recently launching a tiramisu business in Scotland.

Irda has been leading Ignite, a Community of Practice in JPMC, by actively fostering knowledge sharing and delivering presentations on topics ranging from advanced AI tools like LLM Suite to career development and personal growth. As the marketing lead for Diversity, Opportunity, and Inclusion, she is dedicated to empowering others and promoting a culture of belonging.
