Iris is a data professional with more than a decade of experience in analytics, automation, and software development. She began her career in scientific research, using R and statistical methods to transform experimental and laboratory data into actionable insights. Her passion for data led her to serve as the database team lead for a non-profit organization, while also contributing to the training of Google's Gemini AI model prior to its public release. During her maternity leave, Iris completed a government-funded software engineering program, expanding her expertise in application development and artificial intelligence. She later joined the Cenovus Energy SAP Master Data Team, where she developed the organization's first Python-SAP automation suite. Today, she specializes in workflow optimization, automation, and Databricks solutions.
