Isaeus "Asi" B. Guiang is a Filipino tech community leader, DOST Merit Scholar, and published author recognized for scaling the national AWS student ecosystem. As the first AWS Cloud Club Captain in the Philippines and current AWS User Group Leader, he grew the community by 30x, reaching 10,000+ members across 30+ chapters. A seasoned communicator and technical writer, Asi co-authored a comprehensive study guide for the AWS Certified Generative AI Developer Professional exam and has shared his insights on global stages, including TEDx and AWS re:Invent 2025 in Las Vegas.

While completing his final year at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Asi has transitioned into senior technical roles, currently serving as a Jr. Solutions Architect at Appficiency Inc. and previously as a Part-Time AI Consultant for EDT Māori. His professional foundation includes four specialized internships at Globe Telecom, Tutorials Dojo, Edukasyon PH, and GlobalTek BPO, spanning Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, and Software Engineering.

Beyond his work in Cloud and AI as the City Lead for Build Club AI, Asi is now venturing into the frontier of Quantum Computing through the Quantum Computing Society of the Philippines (QCSP) initiative. By bridging the gap between global innovations and local talent, he continues to position himself at the forefront of the Philippines' evolving digital landscape.
