I started by building software and the job quickly evolved into building teams that build software. It all in a software agency I started with a few University buddies back in 2007.

After that I spent 5 years at Google trying to herd cats^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H get engineers in Search to care about cross cutting concerns like entity annotation quality or freshness. I joined Happening/Superbet in 2019 where I spent ~five years building a sports engineering team which enabled Superbet to scale from Romania-only to 5+ countries and millions of users.

Most recently, I joined Cognism to help build the next generation of a B2B sales intelligence platform.
