Jabari Stafford has built his life around racquet sports, turning a deep passion into a lifelong career centered on growth, leadership, and connection. From ATP-ranked competition to guiding prestigious racquet programs, his path reflects discipline, teamwork, and a clear commitment to excellence both on and off the court.

Throughout his professional career, Jabari has held several prominent roles, including Director of Operations at Jamira Tennis Center, Managing Director at Philadelphia Tennis Club, and Racquets Professional and Pickleball Coordinator at Lancaster Country Club, which is recognized as one of America’s Top 30 Platinum Clubs. His leadership combines athletic experience with strategic management, allowing him to build programs that encourage development, inclusivity, and strong community ties.

Growing up in Philadelphia, Jabari learned the importance of dedication, focus, and connection at an early age. Those principles shaped his approach as both a player and a mentor. His philosophy centers on creating environments that inspire players to improve their skills while fostering a sense of belonging and teamwork. He views racquet sports as a means of both personal growth and athletic achievement.

His introduction to tennis began at the age of five, when he trained with his sister, Emira, at the Arthur Ashe Youth and Tennis Center. Encouraged by their father, they practiced at a private facility he built for them, which later became the Jamira Tennis Center. The name combined the names of both siblings, symbolizing family and shared purpose. Under Jabari’s leadership, the center grew into a respected hub for tennis and pickleball, offering programs for all ages and skill levels. His hands-on coaching style and emphasis on player development helped strengthen participation and community engagement.

At George Washington University, Jabari played Division I tennis while earning a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Competing at this level refined his leadership and focus. After graduation, he joined the ATP and ITF circuits, competing in over 20 countries, which provided him with valuable international experience and a deeper understanding of training systems.

Today, Jabari Stafford continues to lead at Lancaster Country Club, where he combines coaching, mentorship, and management to strengthen racquet sports. His lifelong commitment reflects his belief that the game builds discipline, connection, and community.
