As Chief Executive Officer and President, Jack leads HyerTek’s business and technical operations through the development and execution of the Company’s growth strategy and initiatives. Jack has been in the information technology industry for 20 years providing technical and business leadership to the public and private sector, from entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 organizations, and the U.S. Government.

Before founding HyerTek, Jack was a Technical Sales Executive at IBM within the Watson Health, Cognitive & Analytics, and Security divisions. At Oracle, Jack was a Consulting Technical Manager leading global projects with special emphasis on Fusion Middleware, ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions. During the prior decade, Jack served in many U.S. Federal Government Agencies including the National Institutes of Health, U.S. Department of Defense – Missile Defense Agency, and Department of Justice in the transformation of disparate information systems into cutting-edge collaborative solutions leveraging Microsoft Content Management Solutions.

In addition to Jack’s technology accomplishments, he has served on the faculty of several universities since 2004. Schools include American University, George Washington University, and the University of the Cumberlands. He has taught classes in Educational Technology, Information Security, Human-Computer Interaction, and Blockchain Technology.

Jack and the team at HyerTek lead clients worldwide in the full lifecycle implementation and reselling of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, PowerApps, Azure, and Office 365 solutions.

Jack graduated from American University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, an M.A from The George Washington University in Education & Human Development, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. Jack lives in Atlanta with his wife Debbie and two children.
