Jack D. Oden has forty years' experience in various aspects of cybersecurity including oversight of an integrator/developer, standing up and managing a cybersecurity operation center, and setting up an industrial control system security testing and training center. He has managed various aspects of twenty-six projects over thirty years, and directed all facets of two full-scale computer operations. Jack planned and directed construction of a 67,000 square foot facility for an information system security operation to include four SCIFs totaling 21,000 square feet. He has spoken to a variety of conferences and academic institutions over the last nine years. He holds Top Secret/SCI and Q clearances for government security work. He holds PMP, GISCP, CISSP, and CSSA certs, and has an MBA.
