Jack leads the go-to-market strategy and activities for Power Virtual Agents, the low to pro code chatbot service, which is part of the rapidly growing Power Platform set of apps and services. Jack also supports Microsoft's broader Conversational AI messaging and strategy.

Following 3 years of helping Microsoft Enterprise customers use Business Applications to digitally transform, Jack pivoted to the Global Product Marketing role using his field experience, technical product skills and marketing together to grow Microsoft's products and services.
