Jack Qian is the founder of AI Man Jack, a Dallas company that runs hands-on AI training for business teams. He teaches non-technical employees and leaders to use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Grok on work they already do, with clear rules for checking the output and keeping sensitive data out of AI tools.
In 2026 he hosted six community AI sessions in Dallas and Plano (309 sign-ups), ran a 37-person AI hackathon, and was the invited featured speaker at a DFW IT Association fireside chat. By day he is a business planner at a Dallas semiconductor company, so every workflow he teaches is one he runs on his own job first. He also writes Real Agent Use Cases, a weekly newsletter on the AI agents working professionals actually use.
Jack speaks in English or Chinese, onsite in Dallas–Fort Worth or online.

Work Smarter, Think Deeper, Live Better: AI for Your Work, Skills and Life
Most people have tried ChatGPT. Far fewer have changed how their week actually runs. This talk shows the difference, using workflows the speaker runs on his own job.
We cover:
- AI productivity tools and the workflows that make them stick (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude)
- Turning your experience into reusable assets: prompts, templates and checklists you can hand to a teammate
- Building a personal knowledge base with Obsidian so AI can work with your own notes
- How to communicate with AI so you get usable output instead of generic text, and how to check it
- How AI is changing careers, and which skills are worth investing in now
Attendees leave with at least one workflow they can try the next morning. No coding required. First delivered as the featured fireside chat for the DFW IT Association in Plano (July 2026).
45-60 min talk or fireside chat; can be extended into a 90-minute hands-on workshop. English or Chinese. Onsite in Dallas-Fort Worth or online.
Build One AI Workflow for a Task You Do Every Week (Hands-on Workshop)
A hands-on workshop for non-technical professionals. Instead of a product tour, every attendee picks one recurring task from their own week, such as a report, a proposal or a meeting follow-up, and builds an AI workflow for it in the room using the tool their company already allows (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini).
What happens in the session:
- Choose a task worth automating and define what a good output looks like
- Build the workflow step by step: inputs, instructions, a reusable prompt or template
- Catch the mistake: one output is deliberately flawed, and the room has to find it
- Set data rules: what never goes into an AI tool, and how to redact practice material
- Leave with a written workflow and a checklist for verifying the output
The same format has run at community AI sessions in Dallas and Plano and is the core of the speaker's corporate training. Laptops required.
90 minutes (can be compressed to 60). Attendees need laptops and Wi-Fi. Best for 10-40 people. English or Chinese. Onsite in Dallas-Fort Worth or online.
AI Agents for Non-Engineers: What They Can and Can't Do Yet
"AI agents" are everywhere in the headlines, but most professionals have never watched one do real work. This session is a live demo, not a slide deck: the speaker builds and runs AI agents in front of the room, including with OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent, and shows where they save hours and where they still fail.
We cover:
- The difference between a chatbot, an automated workflow and an agent
- Live demo: an agent completing a multi-step task end to end
- Where agents break today, and how to review their work before anyone relies on it
- Which tasks on your team are good first candidates for an agent, and which are not
- Security and data basics: permissions, logins and what an agent should never touch
Based on the Dallas OpenClaw meetups the speaker hosted in 2026 and on Real Agent Use Cases, his weekly newsletter on agents professionals actually use. No coding background needed.
45-60 min live demo talk; works for meetups, conferences and company lunch-and-learns. Needs a projector and reliable internet. English or Chinese.
