Jaimin is a Principal Software Engineer at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. His research uses modern web technologies to build tools to visualize complex biological research data and findings. At St. Jude, He has worked as a member of the visualization team at Computational Biology to develop GenomePaint, a tool to visualize cancer mutations, and Survivorship Portal to explore genomic and clinical data. Currently, he is working in the Structural Biology dept., St. Jude on the BlueSky Kinases Initiative to facilitate new findings by designing web tools to visualize different aspects of the Kinases protein family - a vital element of cancer development and drug discovery.
