Jakob Rufus Klimkait is co-founder and Managing Partner of Fuchs Devils Wild — the consultancy that rolls up its sleeves instead of just sending slide decks. His focus is legacy organizations facing digital and AI transformation without losing their culture. In 2019, his project "Tomorrow" received the New Work Award from New Work SE.
