How to create a culture where every employee learns & grows with purpose
As a trainer & teacher I always wanted to know the answer to the following question:
- Why training is not having the impact HR, L&D, top-management and employees desire?
In order to validate his hypothesis I interviewed 43 HR and L&D directors/experts and 32 employees who had received training from medium-large companies.
I discovered that more than 90% of companies are facing challenges in offering the right training, tools, and resources to their employees.
In this session I will share some strategies so that attendees walk away with better ideas how to make sure the training/tools & resources have a long-lasting impact in the individual and the company
