James serves as a Global Privacy Supervisor for UPS where he leads and supports enterprise privacy compliance initiatives across global operations. In this role, James works closely with business, legal, cybersecurity, technology, and compliance stakeholders to integrate privacy considerations into business processes, products, and systems with the goal of ensuring responsible handling of personal information and alignment with evolving global privacy requirements. In recent years, James' focus has expanded to include the intersection of privacy, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies as the AI landscape continues to evolve. James is a graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law and holds the CIPP/E certification. He is a Georgia Bar licensed attorney, as well as a member of the Executive Committee for the Privacy & Technology Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
