Jamie Lujan has over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business higher education, and equity work. She is the founder of Saluzo Business Solutions, which focuses on elevating Latinos and women in business. She works with founders and executive teams on operations scaling, stakeholder facilitation, and coaching. She has been a co-founder with a successful exit.
Throughout her career, she has served as the Associate Director at the University of Colorado at Boulder, LEEDS School of Business. As the Democratic Entrepreneurship Director for the Center for Community Wealth Building, she provided business technical assistance. She helped launch a collective buying initiative focused on purchasing from BIPOC and women-owned businesses. Jamie believes in strengthening community-based businesses to create a new economic paradigm that reverses economic inequalities and addresses the racial wealth gap. Jamie’s current committee work includes Colorado’s Minority Business Advisory Council and
Colorado Supplier Diversity Procurement Circle of Practice. She enjoys teaching as an Adjunct Faculty for the University of Northern Colorado. Additionally, she serves as a business mentor for the Standford University Graduate School of Business, Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative/Latino Business Action Network scaling program and SEA Change Social Enterprise Accelerator.
