Dr. Jan Belt brings more than twenty years of demonstrated success across a variety of industries including financial services, information technology, health care, education & training and management consulting. Her leadership experience ranges from executive positions at technology startups to Fortune 50 companies. Jan led the team that developed www.american.express.com which grew from 40 to 800 staff delivering $500M in global projects over four years which were accessed by millions of consumers. Jan integrated over 100 startups into the Amex digital portfolio. She has led a global infrastructure team of 1,800 with a $1B budget, and initiated teams for patents, privacy, security, and global regulatory compliance. For the last ten years, Jan has led the growth of an innovation services company focused on agile delivery, information security, cloud governance, and digital enablement. Jan holds a Doctorate from Pepperdine University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She holds an SAFe SPC4 certification.
