Jan-Ole Hesselberg is a Norwegian psychologist, researcher and TV host known from the TV successes "Folkeopplysningen" and "Typisk deg". He is the Chief Program Officer at the Foundation Dam, granting nearly 500 million NOK annually to health projects and research. In connection with this work, he is doing decision-making research at the University of Oslo. He is a member of the National Research Ethics Committee for Medicine and Health Sciences (NEM), and since 2017, his courses have been a part of the training of Norwegian judges. In 2022, he published the popular science book "Better Decisions".
